Scandinavia Is Calling — Let’s Start Planning

Let’s Start Planning

Limited spots available on 2025 group tours.

A: Our Scandinavia tour packages are expertly pre-designed to deliver exceptional value and comfort. While our Private Tours allow for date adjustments or a more relaxed pace, we do not build fully bespoke itineraries from scratch. These semi-flexible options are perfect for couples or families seeking a well-organized journey without the planning headaches.

A: Our small-group tours of 14 people or fewer are structured for pairs or groups—ideal for seniors, couples, and friends. We don’t currently offer solo-traveler departures. We recommend traveling with a companion or considering our Private Tour option to bring along a friend or family member.

A: Nearly everything you need is handled for you: boutique accommodations, all ground and sea transportation (trains, ferries, private coaches), expert local guides, curated cultural and nature experiences, plus most meals. Think of it as a stress-free experience that closely mirrors an all-inclusive Scandinavian getaway.

A: We cap our departures at 14 travelers to ensure an intimate, personalized experience. Smaller groups mean more meaningful interactions, priority access to exclusive experiences, and easier navigation of boutiques, museums, and remote landscapes.

A: While we don’t call them “all-inclusive,” our vacations cover lodging, transfers, guided activities, entry fees, and most meals—delivering the convenience of an all-inclusive package without the cookie-cutter approach.

A: Absolutely. Many guests are 50 +, and our itineraries balance active exploration with ample rest. We hand-select boutique hotels with easy access, plan realistic daily schedules, and offer optional activity levels so everyone travels comfortably and confidently.

A:Summer (June–September): Endless daylight, mild temperatures, and vibrant festivals—perfect for hiking, kayaking and city exploration.
Shoulder Seasons (May & October): Fewer crowds, stunning spring blooms or autumn foliage, and more affordable rates.
Winter (November–March): Ideal for Northern Lights, cozy holiday markets, and snow-based adventures like dog sledding or ice fishing.
